2.放卷采用磁粉制動(dòng)器，由PLC自動(dòng)計(jì)算卷徑實(shí)現(xiàn)恒放張力控制。

3.牽引傳動(dòng)采用矢量變頻電機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)恒線速度控制。

4.收卷傳動(dòng)采用矢量變頻電機(jī)，帶動(dòng)上下磁粉離合器由PLC自動(dòng)計(jì)算卷徑實(shí)現(xiàn)收卷張 力錐度控制。

5.放卷采用無(wú)軸氣缸頂套裝置，由氣缸副夾緊點(diǎn)動(dòng)式左右定位。上料采用油壓自動(dòng)上料擺臂式

6.系統(tǒng)具有預(yù)置計(jì)米，定卷徑運(yùn)算等分切功能

7.附帶EPC糾編裝置可準(zhǔn)確控制端面精度

8.本機(jī)是對(duì)復(fù)合薄膜，單體薄膜，鋁箔，紙張等常用包裝材料分切加工的分切機(jī)
